A third-generation entrepreneur and small business enthusiast, Sara has always been drawn to the stories behind the people building something meaningful.
Her experience in reality TV taught her how to find the story inside the moment. Her work as a podcast host sharpened her ability to ask better questions and lead conversations that feel effortless. And her role inside an optometry practice gives her firsthand understanding of the challenges medical practices face when trying to educate, connect, and stand out.

Sara lives in Chicagoland with her husband, three children and their dog Trey!
Outside of hosting, producing, and helping practices tell their stories, she’s usually reading something from fiction to nonfiction to business books or listening to another podcast between cheer, volleyball, and golf tournaments.
She loves traveling, discovering new places, and finding inspiration in conversations, cities, and the people behind them.
And when she’s not behind the mic, you might find her on the paddle court, where her competitive side is very much alive and well.
